摘要
目的初步探讨清热消痤颗粒对治疗寻常痤疮相关皮脂腺斑组织形态的影响。方法以成年金黄地鼠侧腹部皮脂腺斑作为动物模型,观察测量皮脂腺斑的直径,从组织学上观察其显微结构。结果从外观上看,治疗组较对照组的皮脂腺斑直径显著缩小(P<0.05),从组织学上观察,治疗组较对照组的皮脂腺斑块明显萎缩、松散、变薄(P<0.05)。结论清热消痤颗粒通过抗雄性激素抑制皮脂腺的分泌,发挥治疗寻常型痤疮的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of medicinal granuies of Qingrexiaocuo (MGQ) on the organization form of sebaceous glands spot of syrian hamster. Methods The organs of adult male Syrian Hamsters were selected to establish model of sebaceous glands spot (SGS) to observe the diameter of SGS and its microstructure. Results The diameter of SGS of Syrian Hamsters treated with MGQ was significantly dicreased than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05), and the microstructure of SGS of Syrian Hamsters treated with MGC significantly withered, sparse and thinnered than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The results implicated that MGQ in the treatment of ache volglaris is the sebaceous gland-suppressive action by regulating andgogen.
