摘要
目的了解不同体位及呼吸状态下肾脏侧夹角的变化情况。方法运用超声观测不同体位下4个呼吸点肾脏侧夹角的角度值,进行统计学分析。结果正常人在垫腹俯卧位下双肾侧夹角比单纯俯卧位下测值轻度变小。正常人在垫腰侧卧下双肾侧夹角较单纯侧卧位下测值轻度变小。呼吸对右肾在仰卧位及垫腰侧卧位下侧夹角有影响,对其余角度的肾脏侧夹角则无影响。结论超声技术可检测肾脏在不同体位及不同呼吸深度下的侧夹角变化情况,为临床提供比较准确的超声角度数据。
Objective To discuss the change of kidney side angle under different position and breathing condition. Methods Ultrasound was used to observe kidney side angle under different position four breathe condition. Results Bilateral kidney side angle of normal human being under pad abdomen prone position was slightly smaller than that under pure prone position. Bilateral kidney side angle of normal human being under pad lateral position was slightly smaller than that under pure lateral position. Breathing condition had influence on side angle of right kidney under supine position and pad prone position, while breathing condition had no effect on kidney side angle under other positions. Conclusion Ultrasound tech- nology can detect change of kidney side angle under different position and breathing condition, and to provide more accu- rate clinical ultrasonic data.
