针灸联合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of acupuncture and manipulation for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

目的探讨针灸联合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择本院2009年5月～2011年5月收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为两组。对照组40例采用推拿治疗,观察组40例在此基础上并用针灸治疗,就两组临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗前,两组症状与功能评分比较无明显差异;治疗后观察组症状与功能改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95%,对照组为75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合推拿的患者治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,可使患者临床症状和体征显著改善,且临床效果优于单一推拿治疗组。两者共用,可相互协调,互为补充,以最大程度的提高临床效果,改善患者生存质量。

Objective To discuss clinical effect of acupuncture and manipulation for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods Eighty cases with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type treated in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Control group with 40 cases was given manip- ulation therapy, while observation group with 40 cases was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of control group. Clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in symptoms and functional improvement score. After treatment, symptoms and functional improvement score of observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 95% in observation group, 75% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and manipulation therapy can significantly improve clinical signs and symp- toms of the Satients cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, it has a better efficacy than a single manipulation treatment group. Acupuncture and manipulation can be coordinated and complement each other, to the greatest degree of improved clinical outcomes, improve patient quality of life.
