椎管扩大成形椎间融合治疗腰椎滑脱的围术期护理

The perioperative nursing of the spinal canal expand forming between vertebra fusion in treatment of spondylolisthesis

目的探讨椎管扩大成形椎间植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱并椎管狭窄的护理。方法 2002年3月～2009年12月,对96例腰椎滑脱并椎管狭窄患者,用椎管扩大成形、钉棒系统固定、Cage椎间植骨融合的手术方式进行治疗。住院期间,术前、术后均实施有效的心理护理、功能康复训练指导。结果 82例获得随访,随访24～48个月,73例滑脱椎体完全复位,5例Ⅱ度滑脱、4例Ⅲ度滑脱复位达90%,解剖复位率为92.68%。结论本术式是一种比较理想的治疗腰椎滑脱症的手术方式,围术期科学有效的护理策略是保障手术成功、预防并发症、促进康复的重要保证。

Objective To explore the nursing of the spinal canal expand forming between vertebra fusion in treatment of spondylolisthesis. Methods A total of 96 cases of lumbar olisthe and stenosis from March 2002 to December 2009, were given with the spinal canal expand forming, nail rod fixation, cage between vertebra bone fusion operation method for treatment. Function rehabilitation training guidance was observed after giving the effective psychological care nursing during be in hospital, preoperative and postoperative. Results Eighty two cases were followed up for 24 to 48 months, 73 cases of slippage vertebral completely resetted, 5 cases were II degrees surge and 4 cases were 11[ degrees surge with the reset rate of 90%, anatomical reattachment rate was 92.68%. Conclusion This procedure is a kind of ideal treatment surgical methods of lumbar olisthe disease, perioperative scientific and effective nursing strategy which is the important guarantee for successful operation, preventing complications and promote recovery.
