寻常型天疱疮的观察与护理

Observation and nursing of pemphigus vulgaris

目的探讨严密观察与精心护理在寻常型天疱疮治疗中的疗效。方法搜集43例寻常型天疱疮患者,均采用严密观察病情、心理护理、病室环境、皮损面护理、饮食护理、疼痛护理、黏膜护理、用药护理及出院指导等护理措施。结果 43例患者均治愈出院,皮损部位全部控制,无死亡及加重病例,并发症发生率为30.23%。结论严密观察与精心护理是寻常型天疱疮患者康复的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of close observation and intensive care in the treatment of pemphigus vulgaris. Methods Fourty three Cases of pemphigus vulgaris patients were given close observation condition, psychological care, the ward environment, skin lesions, surface care, diet care, pain care, mucous membrane care, medication care and leaving hospital and other care measures. Results Fourty three patients were cured lesional skin full control, no death and aggravated eases, the complication rate was 30.23%. Conclusion The close observation and intensive care is an important guarantee for the rehabilitation of patients with pemphigus vulgaris.
