浆细胞性乳腺炎围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of plasma cell mastitis

目的总结浆细胞性乳腺炎的护理经验,提高对该疾病的护理水平。方法对30例确诊为浆细胞性乳腺炎并行手术患者进行回顾性分析,总结其护理经验。结果 30例患者均行手术治疗,经病理证实,4例复发患者经再次手术后治愈,住院期间无并发症发生。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎虽为良性疾病,但对患者身心造成一定影响,手术切除是有效治疗方法,围术期护理可促进患者恢复。

Objective To summarize the experience of nursing care of plasma cell mastitis, in order to enhance the nursing level of the disease. Methods Thirty eases of patients diagnosed with plasma cell mastitis and underwent operation treatment were analyzed retrospectively, and the experiences of nursing care were summarized. Results Thirty cases of patients all underwent operation treatment, pathology confirmed that 4 cases of recurrence patients were cured by reoperation, there was no incidence of complication during patients＂ hospitalization. Conclusion Although plasma cell mastitis is benign disease, but also has effects on the physical and mental of patients, resection is an effective treatment method, perioperative nursing can promote recovery of patients.
