重症急性胰腺炎并发胰性脑病的临床护理

Clinic nursing for severe acute pancreatitis comined with pancreatic encephalopathy

目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎并发胰性脑病的临床护理。方法选取2008年1月～2012年1月本院重症急性胰腺炎并发胰性脑病患者共22例,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中,实验组采用精心的临床护理干预,而对照组采用常规的护理方法。结果实验组患者的治愈率显著高于对照组(81.82%vs45.45%,P<0.05);两组患者的满意度比较,差异具有统计学意义(88.89%vs60.00%,P<0.05)。结论重症急性胰腺炎并发胰性脑病患者的预后差,需严密观察其病情变化,精心的临床护理可提高患者的治愈率及满意度。

Objective To discuss the clinic nursing for severe acute pancreatitis comined with pancreatic encephalopathy. Methods Twenty two cases of patients of severe acute pancreatitis comined with pancreatic encephalopathy from January 2008 to January 2012 were divided into 2 groups. The experiment group was given the clinic careful nursing, while the control group was given the common nursing. Results The cure rate of experiment group was higher than that of the control group （81.82% vs 45.45%, P 〈 0.05）. The diverse of degree of satisfaction in two groups compared with each had significance （88.89% vs 60.00%, P 〈 0.05）. Condusion The prognosis of patient with severe acute pancreatitis comined with pancreatic encephalopathy is bad. It should be closely observed the condition changes in patients. The clinic careful nursing can improve the cure rate and degree of satisfaction.
