我院就诊育龄妇女避孕知识掌握及需求程度调查研究

Investigation on the mastering situation and demand degree of contraceptive knowledge of women at childbearing age diagnosed in our hospital

目的调查研究本院就诊育龄妇女避孕知识掌握情况及需求程度。方法选取2010年7月～2012年6月于本院就诊的210例育龄妇女为研究对象,将其中不同年龄段及婚否者的避孕知识掌握情况及需求程度进行调查及比较。结果年龄较大者及已婚者的避孕知识掌握较佳率高于其他人,而20～30岁及已婚者知识需求程度较强率高于其他人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本院就诊不同年龄段及婚否育龄妇女避孕知识掌握及需求程度存在一定的差异。

Objective To investigate the mastering situation and demand degree of contraceptive knowledge of women at childbearing age in our hospital. Methods Two hundred and ten women at childbearing age diagnosed in our hospital from July 2010 to June 2012 were selected as research objects, and the mastering situation and demand degree of contraceptive knowledge of women at different age and marital status were investigated and compared. Results The rate of mastering situ- ation of contraceptive knowledge in women at higher age and married were higher than others, but the stronger rate of needs degree of contraceptive knowledge at 20 to 30 years old and in married were higher than those of others, the difference were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The mastering situation and demand degree of contraceptive knowledge of women at different age and marital status in our hospital has certain differences.
