我院门诊2011年4月用药处方分析

Prescription analysis in our hospital outpatient in April 2011

目的了解本院门诊不合理用药情况,提高合理用药水平。方法利用合理用药监测软件对本院2011年4月全部门诊处方进行监测,对不合理用药情况进行统计分析。结果 2011年4月本院门诊不合理用药处方共计1092张,占总处方的1.42%。不合理情况主要有超剂量、药物相互作用、配伍禁忌、儿童警告。不合理用药品种中,化学药占82.29%,中药占17.71%,化学药中抗感染药所占比例达18.56%。结论本院门诊还存在一些不合理处方,仍应继续提高合理用药水平。

Objective To understand the irrational drug use prescriptions of outpatient in our hospital, improve the level of the rational use of drugs. Methods All prescription of our hospital outpatient in April 2011 were monitored by prescription automatic screening system （PASS） and irrational drug use was statistical analyzed. Results One thousand and ninety-two irrational prescriptions accounted for 1.42% of all the prescriptions, which were mainly reflected in overdosage, drug interaction, incompatibility of drugs and children＇s warning. In irreasonable drug varieties, chemical medicine accounted for 82.29%, Chinese traditional medicine accounted for 17.71%, 18.56%. Conclusion There is a certain amount of irrational and anti-infection drugs of chemical medicine accounted for prescriptions in our hospital, we still should continue to improve the level of the rational use of drugs.
