甘肃省玉门市3000例3～18岁男性阴茎包皮发育状况调查

Investigation of praeputium penis development status among 3000 cases of males aged 3-18 of Yumen City in Gansu Province

目的调查甘肃省玉门市3～18岁男性阴茎包皮发育规律,探讨儿童包皮手术指征及包皮环切手术的最佳时机。方法采用直接测量的方法,对玉门市3000例3～18岁男性阴茎的直径和长度进行测量,观察包皮发育状况,并比较儿童期行包皮环切术与不行包皮环切术阴茎发育异同。结果 3000例被调查者阴茎直径及长度呈进行性发育规律,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);包皮与阴茎发育不同步,包皮过长者随着年龄增长相对缩短,至青春期后绝大多数发育正常;儿童期行包皮环切术者其阴茎发育较不行包皮环切术者发育无明显差异。结论阴茎包皮发育有其自然规律,在青春期后基本发育完善,包皮环切术对阴茎发育无影响,包皮环切术应在青春期后施行。

Objective To survey the development law of praeputium penis of males aged 3-18 of Yumen City in Gansu Province, in order to discuss the indications of children wrapping operation and the optimal timing of circumcision surgery. Methods Direct measurement method was used to detect the diameter and length of penis of 3 000 cases of males aged 3- 18 in Yumen city, the development status of wrapping was observed, and the differences of penis development between children who were underwent circumcision surgery and not underwent circumcision surgery in childhood were compared. Results The diameter and length of penis of 3 000 cases of informants were followed the progressive development law, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）; the development of wrapping and penis was nonsynchronous, overlong wrapping shortened with the age growth, and most of them developed normally after puberty; there was no obvious develop- ment difference between children who were underwent circumcision surgery and not underwent circumcision surgery in childhood. Conclusion There is natural law of penis development, which is basically development perfect after puberty, wrapping circumcision surgery has no effect on penis development, which should be carried out after puberty.
