一次性根管治疗65例牙髓炎的效果分析

The efficacy of one-time root canal therapy in the treatment of 65 patients with pulpitis

目的观察分析急性牙髓炎采用一次性根管治疗的疗效。方法采用随机对照实验方法,给予实验组(n=65)急性牙髓炎患者一次性根管填充治疗,对照组(n=65)患者采用常规多次根管填充治疗;比较两组的近期疗效及随访效果。结果治疗后1周评价近期疗效,对照组总有效率为84.6%,实验组总有效率为95.4%,两组的总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访6～12个月,对照组总有效率为95.4%,实验组总有效率为96.9%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎可达到满意的效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of one-time root canal therapy in the treatment of pulpitis. Methods The randomized controlled experiment method was used, the experimental group （n = 65） was given one-time root canal therapy. The control group （n = 65） was given conventional treatment. The clinical effects were measured after the treatment. Results The treatment effectiveness evaluations were taken after 1 week. The total effective rate of the control group was 84.6%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.4%. There was significantly difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. After 6 to 12 months follow-up, the total effective rate of the control group was 95.4%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.9%. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion One-time root canal therapy has obvious benefit in the treatment of pulpitis.
