摘要
该文以奥斯特法利亚应用科技大学为例,介绍了德国应用科技大学的管理体制、招生制度、专业设置制度、教授选聘制度、教授治学制度、实验实习制度、资格准入制度、共享资源信息平台等八个方面的内部运行机制。提出我国应借鉴其先进经验,构建完整的现代职业技术教育体系,改革现行的招生制度等。
This article, by taking Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences as an example, introduces how universities of applied science in Germany are running. It focuses on the eight major inner operational systems of the these universities: the management system, the enrollment system, the curriculum design system, the strict selecting system for appointing professors ; the independent professor - responsible teaching system ; the project - oriented system for experiment and internship practice ; the qualification system for entering a specific industry under the guidance of the corresponding industry association, and the easy and comvenient access to shared public re- sources. The article suggests that China' s higher vocational education should borrow the successful operational experience of German Universities of applied sciences to construct its own complete educational system and to reform its current enrollment system.
