立足高职学生弱势群体的就业现状，运用SWOT方法分析高职学生弱势群体就业处境，构建就业对策SWOT矩阵，探究影响高职学生弱势群体就业的内外部因素，提出基于SWOT模式的高职学生弱势群体就业竞争力提升策略。

Based on the current state of employment of disadvantaged groups in vocational schools, the paper analyses the group employment of the disadvantaged in vocational schools. The paper proposes the strategies for employment according to SWOT analysis, analyses the internal and external factors which influence the group employment, and gives strategies to promote employability of disadvantaged groups in vocational schools.
