基于IEC 61850的智能变电站程序化操作研究

Study on Sequential Operation in Smart Substation Based on IEC 61850

随着国际标准IEC 61850在变电站中的不断推广,智能变电站的结构有了突破性的变化。在介绍IEC61850通讯协议及智能变电站结构和功能的基础上,重点对智能变电站程序化操作做了研究分析,绘制了变电站程序化操作流程图,并指出程序化控制在实际应用中要注意的问题。研究发现,与传统运行操作相比,基于智能变电站的程序化操作的应用,将运行人员从繁重的电气倒闸操作工作中解放了出来,有效避免了误操作,提高了人员工作效率。

With the extension of IEC 61850 in substation,the structure of intelligent substation has breakthrough change.Based on IEC 61850 communication protocol the structure and function of intelligent substation,sequential operation thereof is studied in emphasis.The sequential operation diagram of substation is drawn.The problems to be paid attention in the application of sequential operation are pointed out.It is shown that the sequential operation based on intelligent substation has relief the operator from heavy electrical switching operation,and working efficiency is improved.
