摘要
通过对我国近年聚酯工业资源、能源消耗、污染情况及污染控制措施分析,提出了物料平衡、水平衡和能源消耗计算方法。通过计算结果可估算行业节能减排潜力,从技术可行性和节能减排绩效等角度,推荐可优先采用的节能减排具体技术。
Based on the analysis of resource, energy consumption, pollutant generation ＆ discharge and their corresponding control measures of polyester industry, calculation method for material balance, water balance and energy consumption are proposed. The potential of energy saving and emission reduction can be estimated. The specific technologies can be recommended at first according to the feasibility and effects of energy saving and emission reduction.
