摘要
目的 :探讨催乳素在佐剂关节炎发病中的作用。方法 :应用弗氏完全佐剂分别在正常、乙烯雌酚致高催乳素血症或溴隐停致低催乳素血症大鼠诱发关节炎。测定足跖部厚度 ,并计算足肿胀百分率 ,用放射免疫分析方法测定血清催乳素水平。结果 :对照大鼠在诱发佐剂关节炎过程中血清催乳素水平与组织肿胀消长呈平行改变 ,二者具显著相关性 ;高催乳素血症大鼠足肿胀百分率在致炎后第 4天起显著高于对照组 ;而低催乳素血症大鼠足肿胀百分率显著低于对照组。结论 :催乳素可促进大鼠佐剂关节炎的发展。
Objective: Our purpose was to observe the role of prolactin in the development of adjuvant arthritis of rats. Methods: Adjuvant arthritis was induced in normal, estrogen-induced hyperprolactinemic, and bromocryptine-induced hypoprolactinemic rats. Percent changes of foot swelling were defined by measuring foot thickness. Serum prolactin levels were determined by radioimmunoassay Results: Along with increased foot swelling, there is also an increase of serum prolactin in adjuvant arthritic rats, and a significant positive correlation exists between the two. Hyperprolactinemia significantly enhanced the adjuvant arthritis, while hypoprolactinemia inhibited the development of inflammation. Conclusion: Our data indicate that the development of adjuvant arthritis depends on prolactin.
