摘要
目的 :研究在低温保存期间山莨菪碱对移植肝脏的保护作用。方法 :动态观察肝脏缺血—再灌流期间的氧自由基变化。结果 :用山莨菪碱可减少再灌流后脂质过氧化物的增加 ,超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的下降。结论 :在再灌流前应用山莨菪碱能减少再灌流后氧自由基的产生 ,可减轻缺血—再灌流对移植肝脏的损伤。
Objective: To study the protective effect of anisodamine on donor liver in low temperature.Methods: Changes of free radical and enzymes in donor liver during ischemia-reperfusion stage were observed dynamically. Results:The increase of LPO and decrease of SOD and GSH-Px after ischemia-reperfusion were lessened by anisodamine. Conclusion:Pre-reperfusive prophylactic application of anisodamine can decrease the production of oxygen-derived free radical,therefore reduce the hepatic injury during ischemia-reperfusion stage.
