摘要
目的 :研究肺炎克雷伯杆菌糖蛋白 (RU41740 )对肺癌病人外周血和肺泡局部的免疫增强作用。方法 :检测 30例肺癌并发呼吸系统感染病人和 10例呼吸系统感染病人外周血 NK细胞计数、中性粒细胞杀菌能力、T淋巴细胞亚群 ,以及肺泡巨噬细胞的吞噬活性、支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BAL F)中 IL- 1β的浓度。结果 :用 RU41740的肺癌病人外周血 NK细胞计数、中性粒细胞 NBT阳性率、AM吞噬中性红的 OD值、BAL F中 IL- 1β浓度均显著高于未用药的肺癌病人 ,并达到非肺癌呼吸系统感染病人水平。其中外周血中性粒细胞的 NBT阳性率、NK细胞计数、以及AM吞噬中性红的 OD值均显著高于用头孢三嗪的肺癌病人。结论 :RU41740可增强肺癌病人外周血和肺泡局部的非特异细胞免疫功能 。
Objective: To study the immunity-enhanced effect of RU 41740 on the cellular immunity of blood and alveolar area of the patients with lung cancer. Methods: The non-special bactericidal power of the neutrophilic granulocyte, the quantity of the natural killer (NK) cells, the subpopulation of the T lymphocytes in blood, the phagocytic function of the alveolar macrophage (AM), and the level of the interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) in 30 patients with lung cancer complicated with respiratory infection and 10 patients with respiratory infection were investigated. Results: The nitre blue tetrazolium (NBT) positive rate of the neutrophilic granulocyte, the quantity of the NK cells, the OD value of AM phagocyting neutral red, the level of the IL-1β in BALF in the patients using RU 41740 were markedly higher than those of not using RU 41740, and got to the levels of the patients with respiratory infection. And the NBT positive rate of the neutrophilic granulocyte, the quantity of the NK cells, and the OD value of the AM phagocyting neutral red in the patients with lung cancer and using RU41740 were markedly higher than those using ceftriaxonum. Conclusion: RU41740 markedly enhances the non-special bactericidal power of the neutrophilic granulocyte, the quantity of the NK cells, and the immunity of the alveolar area of the patients with lung cancer. And the effect does not rely on the mass material only, but the more powerful immunity-enhanced machanism.
