急性白血病细胞Ki-67的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Ki-67 in Acute Leukemia

目的 :检测急性白血病细胞 Ki- 6 7的表达 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 :免疫荧光方法检测白血病细胞 Ki- 6 7阳性率。结果 :Ki- 6 7阳性率在 0～ 5 0 .4%之间。急性淋巴细胞性白血病阳性率明显高于急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(P <0 .0 1)。初发时白细胞 <30× 10 9/ L的急性淋巴细胞性白血病病例 ,Ki- 6 7阳性率明显降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :不同类型白血病细胞增殖状态不同 ,且较低的 Ki- 6 7阳性率有可能是预后良好的指标。

Objective:We want to study the expression of Ki-67 in Acute leukemic cells. Methods:Ki-67 positive cells in leukemic cells were studied and counted by using the immmunostaining with the monoclonal antibody 'Ki-67'. Results:Ki-67 labeling rates were greatly different between patients (0 to 50.4%). The mean value of the Ki-67 labeling rates was significantly higher in patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) than that in patients with acute non lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL)(P<0.01). The percentage of Ki-67 positive cells was significantly lower in patients with ALL, whose white blood cell were less than 30×10 9/L at initial diagnosis.Conclusion: Ki-67 labgeling rates indicate the differences in proliferative activity of bone marrow blast cells in acute leukemia. It would be useful to determine the prognosis.
