单扫描示波极谱法测定血清中佐匹克隆含量

Determination of zopiclone by single sweep oscillopolarography

目的 建立了单扫描示波极谱法测定血清中佐匹克隆的方法。方法 样品在pH 6 .86条件下用二氯甲烷 /异戊醇 (98∶2 )提取 ,在 0 .1mol/L盐酸溶液中用单扫描示波极谱法测定佐匹克隆的导数波高。结果 导数波高与佐匹克隆浓度在 0 0 3mg/L～ 5mg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 2mg/L。平均提取回收率为 78.9% ,相对标准差为 4.9%。 结论 本方法简便快速 。

Objective To establish a single sweep oscillopolarigraphic method for determination of zopiclone in human serum. Method The samples were adjusted to pH 6.86, extracted with dichlormethane-isoamylalcohol(98:2)and determined the height of derivative wave in 0.1mol/L HCl solution. Results The linearrange was 0.03～5 mg/L and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/L. The average recovery was 78.9% and RSD was 4.9%. Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and suitable for determination of zopiclone concentration in serum.
