桥小脑角胆脂瘤的显微外科治疗

Microsurgical treatment of cholesteatoma at cerebellum-pontine angle

目的 报告 16例桥小脑角胆脂瘤的显微外科治疗。方法 采用枕下和颞下经幕入路显微手术切除桥小脑角胆脂瘤。结果 肿瘤全切 12例 ,残留瘤皮 3例 ,大部切除 1例 ,出现并发症 8例。结论 对向岩斜幕上发展的桥小脑角胆脂瘤 ,颞下经幕入路显微手术是首选方法。若严重影响神经功能 。

Objective To report the result of microsurgery treatment for 16 cases of cholesteatoma at the cerebellum-pontine angle. Method The suboccipital and infratemporal transtentorial approach was used. Results Total resection was achieved in 12 cases, little cyst-wall remained in 3 cases and subtotal resection was made only in one. Conclusion The infratemporal transtentorial approach is the main one for cholesteatoma at the cerebellum-pontine angle, specially the tumor have extended to the petroclival.
