热断层扫描技术在甲状腺疾病中的临床应用研究

Study on the clinical value of the Thermal Texture Maps (TTM) in the therapy of thyroid disease

目的研究热断层(TTM)扫描技术在甲状腺疾病中的临床应用价值。方法选取我院做TTM扫描者共15 274例,检出甲状腺代谢热异常者400例,再行彩色多普勒及甲状腺功能检测,计算符合率并比较分析。结果 400例甲状腺代谢热异常的患者,经甲状腺功能测定和彩色多普勒诊断甲状腺疾病的364例,与临床符合率为91.00%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热断层扫描技术在甲状腺疾病早期发现中有应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the thermal texture maps （TYM） in the therapy of thyroid disease. Methods 15 274 cases were selected with TTM scan and 400 cases were checked out with abnormal thyroid metabolic thermal, then color doppler ultrasound and thyroid function tests were used to confirm, clinical coincidence rate was calcu- lated and the result was analysed. Results 364 cases were confirmed with thyroid diseases by color doppler ultrasound and thyroid function tests. The clinical coincidence rate was 91.00%, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion TTM is worthy of clinical application in the early diagnosis of thyroid disease.
