信任倾向与选拔任用干部公信度的关系

摘要 本研究考察了信任倾向与选拔任用干部公信度的关系。运用方法:运用信任倾向量表和自行设计的选拔任用干部公信度问卷对475人进行施测,对信任倾向和选拔任用干部公信度进行了相关分析和逐步回归分析。结果:(1)被试信任倾向总分与选拔任用干部公信度总分各因子之间存在显著的正相关(0.236~0.463,p〈0.01)。(2)逐步回归分析表明,信任倾向对选拔任用干部公信度及各因子的回归效应达到显著(β=0.236~0.286,p〈0.01),是预测选拔任用干部公信度的良好指标之一。结论:信任倾向与选拔任用干部公信度关系密切。关系密切。
