CT在腰椎单纯性楔形压缩骨折诊断中的应用价值

The Applied Value of CT on Diagnosis for Simple Wedge-compression Fracture of Lumbar Vertebrae

目的:评价在腰椎单纯性楔形压缩性骨折的稳定性的判断中单纯平片检查是否充分。对象与方法:对35例腰椎平片诊为单纯性楔形压缩性骨折的病人进行CT检查。分别根据Gehweiler及Scotte所描述的平片及CT估价椎体骨折稳定性标准,来判断骨折的稳定与否,并进行统计学分析。结果:平片分析结果,35例中24例诊断为稳定性骨折,11例诊断为不稳定性骨折;CT分析结果诊断为稳定性骨折10例,不稳定性骨折25例。两种方法检查的结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:X线平片显示椎体单纯性压缩性骨折时均应做CT检查判断其稳定性。

Objective:To determine whether plain films alone are sufficient in the estimation on stability of simple wedge-compres-sion fracture of lumbar vertebrae. Methods:Plain films and CT scans of 35 patients with simple wedge-compression fracture of lumbar vertebrae were retrospectively reviewed. Whether the fractures were stable or not was estimated with the criteria of plain film and CT film proposed by Gehweiler and Scott E,and their data were statistically analyzed. Results: In the re-sults diagnosed with plain film,24 cases were stable and 11 cases were instable;in the results diagnosed with CT, 10 cases were stable and 25 cases were instable. There were significant differences between the two kinds of results. Conclusion: When simple wedge-compression fracture of lumbar vertebrae was diagnosed with plain film,CT examination should be a necessary complement.
