维生素C与葡萄糖同时检测以消除其对血液葡萄糖检验中干扰的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨维生素C对血液中葡萄糖检测干扰的程度,以判断血液葡萄糖相对真实的浓度。方法取健康体检者血清混合,分为10份,检测葡萄糖结果;然后加入高浓度葡萄糖溶液、维生素C,制成浓度不同的系列溶液,检测葡萄糖、维生素C结果,前后进行比较,探讨干扰程度。结果维生素C浓度在0~700mg/L的九个浓度区间内,对血糖的干扰率是不同的,随着维生素C浓度增加,干扰率也越大。结论维生素C干扰GOD-PAP法对葡萄糖的测定结果。血液葡萄糖与维生素C含量同时进行检测,并明确维生素C浓度在0~700mg/L的九个浓度区间内,对血糖的干扰率,在危急患者救治中具有重要的意义。 Objective By studying the effects of vitamin C's detection interference degree on blood glucose to determine the relative real concentration of blood glucose.Methods Taking healthy person's mixed serum,divided into 10 parts,to detect the glucose.Results Then adding different series of concentrations of vitamin C to detect the glucose results.Compared the result,discuss the degree of interference.Results The nine concentrations of vitamin C in range of 0-700mg/L have different interference ratio on glucose.Along with the increasing of vitamin C concentration,the rate of disturbance increases.Conclusion The interference of vitamin C in GOD-PAP method about the determination of glucose.Blood glucose and vitamin C content were detected at the same time,and clear the effect of vitamin C at the nine concentrations of 0-700mg/L concentration range to the rate of disturbance on blood glucose,which has important significance in patients with critical treatment.
