新生儿低钙血症的病因分析与治疗体会

Cause Analysis and Treatment of Neonatal Hypocalcemia

目的探讨新生儿低钙血症的原因与治疗。方法收集从2008年1月至2011年12月我科住院的896例新生儿,患儿入院后常规查电解质,进行血钙测定。其中发生抽搐的226例,均进行多次血钙测定。血钙测定896例中低钙血症者186例,观察新生儿低钙血症发生的原因及临床表现。结果在新生儿研究中,过期产儿、巨大儿的发生率较足月儿高。体质量越低,出生年龄越小,低钙血症的发生率越高。当新生儿出生时存在宫内窘迫,出生时有缺氧,其母患有糖尿病,妊娠高血压综合征,甲状腺功能亢进及剖宫产、喂养不当等因素时新生儿低钙血症发生率高。结论新生儿易发生电解质紊乱及低钙血症。

Objective To explore the causes and treatment of neonatal hypocalcemia.Methods From 2008 January to 2011 December our hospital 896 cases of newborn children in the hospital,after routine electrolyte,for calcium determination.The occurrence of convulsions in 226 cases,were repeatedly blood calcium.Calcium determination in 896 cases of hypocalcemia in 186 cases,observation of neonatal hypocalcemia occurs the reason and the clinical manifestation.Results In premature infants,the gestational age is small,weight is lower,the higher incidence of hypocalcemia,overdue delivery,incidence of macrosomia than term infants is high.With intrauterine distress,birth asphyxia,maternal diabetes,pregnancy induced hypertension,hyperthyroidism and cesarean section,improper feeding,high incidence of neonatal hypocalcemia.Conclusion Neonatal prone to electrolyte imbalance and hypocalcemia.
