改良前、中路法在颈内静脉置管的临床研究

目的改良前、中路的颈内静脉穿刺置管方法并进行临床验证对比。方法选择我院适合颈内静脉穿刺置管患者共456例,采用国际肥胖指数标准选择穿刺点后分成改良前、中路法与传统前、中路法进行穿刺置管对比研究。结果改良前、中路法的穿刺置管成功率为100%,改良组与传统组比较,在一针穿刺成功率、误穿动脉率,经χ2检验,P<0.01,血气胸发生率P<0.05,存在显着差异。结论改良前、中路的颈内静脉穿刺置管方法,具有针对个体差异定位准确,操作简单快捷,穿刺成功率高,并发症少等优点,是值得推广的颈内静脉穿刺置管方法。

Objective Improve front,middle road jugular vein catheter method and validation of a clinical comparison.Methods In our hospital for internal jugular vein puncture in 456 cases,using the international obesity index standard selection of puncture point after divided into improved and traditional methods comparative study.Results Improve front,middle road method puncture success rate was 100%,compared with the traditional modified group,the success rate of puncture,error rate of perforating arteries,and tested by χ2,P0.01,P0.05 hemopneumothorax incidence,there are significant differences.Conclusion Improve front,middle road jugular vein catheter method with individual differences in response of accurate positioning,simple and fast operation,high puncture success rate,fewer complications,is a worthy of the internal jugular vein puncture method.
