热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效分析

The Therapeutic Effects Analysis of Reduning Injection Treatment Combined with Montmorillonite Powder on Viral Enteritis in Children

目的观察并探讨热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎临床效果。方法选取我院2009年1月至2011年5月收治小儿病毒性肠炎患儿207例,随机分为两组,其中对照组104例,采用病毒唑治疗;实验组103例,采用热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗;治疗结束后比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、临床症状、体征改善以及住院时间。结果实验组患儿临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患儿,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时实验组患儿止泻、退热及住院时间均明显少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎临床效果显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状、缩短治疗时间,具有临床推广使用价值。

Objective To observe and investigate the therapeutic effect of Reduning injection treatment combined with Montmorillonite powder on viral enteritis in children.Methods 207 patients with viral enteritis in children were chose in the period from January 2009 to May 2011 in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups including control group（104 patients） with Ribavirin continuous intravenous infusion and experimental group（103 patients） with Reduning injection treatment combined with Montmorillonite powder;and after treatment the total effective rate,clinical symptoms and sign improving time,and hospital staying time of both groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group were significantly higher than control group（P0.05）.The clinical symptoms and sign improving time of experimental group were significantly lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The reduning injection treatment combined with Montmorillonite powder on viral enteritis in Schildren obtain excellent effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms and sign,shorten the treatment time,and is worthy of clinical application.
