HPLC法测定利胆排石片中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Lidanpaishi Tablet by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定利胆排石片中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用色谱柱为Chromanalysis ODS柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（48∶52∶1）;检测波长278nm;柱温20℃;流速1.0mL/min。结果黄芩苷在2.55~20.4μg/mL的浓度范围内,浓度对峰面积具有良好的线性关系。黄芩苷平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.47%。结论建立的HPLC法操作简便、灵敏度高、精密度好,可为利胆排石片的质量控制提供依据。

Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in lidanpaishi tablet.Methods Chromanalysis ODS column was used.The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid with the flow rate of 1.0mL/min.Determination wavelength was 278nm,column temperature was 20℃.Results A good linearity of scutellarin was in rang of 2.55-20.4μg/mL.The average recovery of scutellarin was 100.1% with RSD=1.47%.Conclusion The methods are simpler,faster,high sensitivity and high accuracy,can be used for quality control of lidanpaishi tablet.
