BiPAP无创机械通气治疗COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

Observed the Efficacy of BiPAP Non-invasive Mechanical Ventilation in the Treatment of COPD Associated with Chronic Respiratory Failure

目的探讨BiPAP无创机械通气治疗COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭的临床实际疗效。方法将2011年3月至2012年3月间到我院接受治疗的COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者56例患者分为2组,两组当中的对照组患者30例采取常规治疗与护理方法,观察组的26例患者则采用BiRAP无创机械通气法进行治疗同时配合以常规治疗及系统化的护理方法。结果对照组的治疗有效率为63.33%,观察组的有效率为92.30%,两组疗效相比差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组患者的平均住院时间为(15±5.8)d,观察组的患者的平均住院时间为(9±4.4)d,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上应用BiPAP无创机械通气治疗结合常规治疗及系统的护理在治疗COPD合并慢性呼吸衰竭的效果方面明显好于常规通气治疗的效果。

Objective To investigate the BiPAP noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of COPD complicated with chronic respiratory failure in real clinical curative effect.Method 2011 March to 2012 March to our hospital treatment of COPD complicated with chronic respiratory failure in 56 patients divided into 2 groups,two groups of patients in the control group 30 cases take noninvasive mechanical ventilation in routine treatment and nursing methods,the observation group of 25 patients with BIRAP noninvasive mechanical ventilation method treatment at the same time with systematic nursing method.Results In the control group,the treatment efficiency was63.33%,the observation group businesslike for 92.30%,significant differences in efficacy of the two groups（P0.05）.Patients in the control group the average hospitalization time was（15±5.8） day was observed in the group of patients,the average length of stay was（9±4.4） days,significantly,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application of BIPAP noninvasive mechanical ventilation in the treatment of combined system of nursing care in the treatment of COPD complicated with chronic respiratory failure effect is better than the conventional ventilation effect.
