四种中药材中铅、鎘、砷、铜的含量测定

Determination of Pb, Cd, As, Cu in Four Kinds of Medicinal Herbs

目的对四种中药材中的铅、镉、砷、铜的含量进行测定,为不同中药材的筛选提供一定的研究依据。方法采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)进行样品检测。结果四种中药材中的铅、镉、砷、铜的含量均符合药典规定。结论该含量测定的方法方便、快捷、精密度高,可为药材的质量控制提供依据。

Objective To determine contents of Pb,Cd,As,Cu in different medicinal herbs,which offer certain research foundation of selecting different medicinal herbs.Methods The contents of Pb,Cd,As,Cu in different medicinal herbs were determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer（ICP-OES） after processed samples.Results The contents of Pb,Cd,As,Cu in different medicinal herbs were met the Pharmacopoeia provisions.Conclusion The method of inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer（ICP-OES）,which applied to determine heavy metal,is convenience,fast and high precision.
