摘要
目的建立测定新复方大青叶片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,气化室温度:280℃,进样量:1μL,分流比(5∶1),色谱柱:DB-1弹性石英毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm×1.5μm),载气:氦气(3mL/min),柱温:250℃,检测器:FID,检测器温度:280℃,尾吹:氮气(22mL/min)。结果新复方大青叶片中对乙酰氨基酚在0.5~2.5mg/mL范围内呈良好线性(r=0.9994)。平均回收率为100.04%。结论气相色谱法可用于新复方大青叶片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的测定。
Objective To establish the method for the content determination of Paracetamol in Xinfufang Daqingye tablets. Methods Capillary gas chromatography was adopted with the gasification temperature be ing 280℃, the sample size being 1 uL, the split ratio being 5/1, the column temperature being at 250℃, the detector temperature being at 280℃ and the end-puff nitrogen gas being 22 mL/min. Results A good linearity of paracetamol was found in the range of 0.5~2.5 mg/mL ( r=0. 9994). The average recovery rate was 100.04%. Conclusion Vapor-phase chromatography can be used for the content determination of Paracetamol in Xinfufang Daqingye tablets.
