摘要
目的观察早期康复干预对早产儿智能发育的影响。方法将120例早产儿随机分成干预组和对照组。干预组给予抚触、听、视、按摩刺激及婴儿操干预训练,同时对家长进行健康教育,患儿出院时指导家长在家中进行干预训练;对照组给予常规的育儿指导。12个月后用北京Gesell婴幼儿发育检查方法监测干预组与对照组的发育商(DQ)。结果干预后,干预组在适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和社交5个功能区与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期康复干预能促进早产儿智能发育。
Objective To study the influence of early rehabilitation intervention on the intellectual devel opment of preterm infants. Methods 120 cases premature infants were randomly divided into the interven tion group and the control group. The intervention training was given to the intervention group by giving infants tactile, acoustic, visual and massaging stimuli as wellas infant gymnastics. At the same time, health education was offered to parents to instruct them carry out training at home; The control group was given conventional parental guidance. The development quotient (DQ) of infants in both groups was exam- ined by means of the Beijing Gesell developmental examination 12 months later. Results Significant differ ence in infan adaptability,large motor, fine motion, speech and social activity was found between the inter vention group and the control group ( P〈0.01). Conelusion Early rehabilitation intervention can promote the intellectual development of premature infants.
