摘要
用差示扫描量热法 (DSC)和导数热重法 (DTG)测定土霉素及其盐酸盐的热特征 ,包括熔点、多晶型、水分、分解点温度和热焓值。结果显示土霉素与对照品热特征一致。盐酸土霉素熔融分解过程无转晶变化。
The study on physicochemical properties of oxytetracycline and oxytetracycline hydrochloride was done with differential scanning calorimetry and derivative thermogravimetry, including the onset temperatures of the melting, polymorphism, chemically combined water and fusion heat. The results showed that physiochemical parameter of oxytetracycline was identical with the standard substance and no morphotropy was found when oxytetracycline hydrochloride melted.
