摘要
牙龈退缩是一种常见问题,它主要影响美观并造成患牙的敏感。临床上,治疗牙龈退缩的最终目标是完全覆盖暴露的根面,达到良好的美学效果。本文从临床的角度出发,对运用冠向复位术和以冠向复位术为基础的手术方式治疗牙龈退缩作一综述。
Recession of the gingival margin remains a highly prevalent problem for its impact on both aesthetics and dentine hypersensitivity. The ultimate goal of a root coverage procedure is the complete coverage of the recession defect with good appearance. This review addresses on the clinic problems, in hope of giving suggestions to use coronally advanced flap alone or in combination with other material for treating gingival recession.
