CT引导臭氧注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛

摘要 目的探讨CT引导臭氧注射治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法收集我院2007年7月至2011年12月椎间盘源性腰痛患者临床资料,52例患者采用CT引导下臭氧注射髓核消融治疗,分析患者术前、术后疼痛视觉模拟评分及改善率,评价临床疗效。结果所有患者均得到随访,术前患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(13.26±1.16)分,术后疼痛视觉模拟评分(2.67±0.96)分,两者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05),VAS改善率79.86%。结论 CT引导臭氧注射髓核消融是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效手段之一。 Objective To evaluate the effect of CT guided oxygen-ozone injection in the treatment of Discogenic Back Pain (DBP). Methods 52 patients suffering from DBP from July 2007 to December 2011 were selected. All patients were treated by Oxygen-ozone. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and the VAS im- provement rate were analyzed at the preoperative and postoperative. Results The VAS scales were ( 13.26±1.16 )scores at the preoperative and (2.67 ± 0. 96 ) scores at the postoperative follow up. The different of VAS between preoperative and postoperative was significant. The VAS improvement rate was 79. 86%. Conclusion CT guided oxygen-ozone injection is effective intervention in treatment of DBP
