急性视网膜坏死综合征27眼临床疗效观察

目的探讨急性视网膜坏死综合征的临床治疗效果。方法对急性视网膜坏死综合征23例27眼进行回顾性分析,其中9眼行激光手术;1眼行巩膜外冷凝及环扎术;7眼行预防性玻璃体切割,光凝及环扎术;10眼行玻璃体切除和光凝加硅油注入术。观察分析其临床效果。结果所有患者病情均得到控制,无继发感染及眼球萎缩,随访5～10个月,视力改善率44.4%(12/27)。结论对药物不能控制的急性视网膜坏死综合征,及时进行视网膜光凝或手术能有效控制病情,提高或保留患者有效视力,提高生活质量。

Objective To discuss surgical treatment effect of acute retinal necrosis syndrome. Methods For acute retinal necrosis syndrome 23 cases 27 eyes in the surgical treatment, observing and analyzing the clinical effect. Results 9 eyes do laser surgery. 1 eye line the sclera and ring was condensation plunge ; 7 eyes do preventive vitrectomy, light and the karzai of art; 10 eyes do vitrectomy and light and silicone oil injection coagulation operation. All of the patients were disease control, during be in hospital no secondary infection, no eye atrophy, follow-up 5 ~ 10 months, eyesight GaiShanLv 44. 4% （12/27）. Conclusion Surgical treatment of acute retinal necrosis syndrome treatment is necessary, can effectively improve or keep patients effective vi- sion, improve the quality of life.
