恶性心律失常42例急救的临床分析

Clinical analysis of 42 cases of malignant arrhythmia first aid

目的讨论恶性心律失常急救过程中的相关问题,为临床提高参考。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科自2006年1月至2012年1月收治的42例恶性心律失常患者的临床资料,总结心肺复苏和药物治疗的经验。结果 42例患者经积极抢救,成功35例,死亡7例。结论恶性心律失常急救的关键是动态的心电监护、及时电除颤、规范使用抗心律失常药物及心脏起搏。

Objective To discuss problems related to malignant arrhythmias in first aid procedures, it provides reference for clinical. Methods The 42 patients with malignant arrhythmia patients for clinical materi- al were retrospective analyzed from January 2006 to January 2012, cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） and drug treatment experience were summarized. Results 42 patients were positive to rescue, 35 cases were suc- cessful, 7 cases were of death. Conclusion Malignant arrhythmia emergency key is dynamic ECG monitoring, timely defibrillation, regulate the use of antiarrhythmie drugs and cardiac pacing.
