重组人γ-干扰素对移植于裸鼠的人增生性瘢痕的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨γ 干扰素对人增生性瘢痕的疗效。方法 将人增生性瘢痕移植于裸鼠后 ,在瘢痕内注射γ 干扰素 ,共 8次。 4周后 ,对瘢痕进行外观及组织学观察 ,同时测定胶原及羟脯氨酸含量的变化。结果 ①局部用γ 干扰素组较对照组瘢痕变平 ;光镜下 :紊乱的胶原束变薄 ,变直 ,结节不明显或消失 ;透射电镜下 :成纤维细胞功能活动受抑 ,由活跃状态变为非活跃状态。②治疗组增生性瘢痕组织中胶原及羟脯氨酸含量较对照组减少。结论 γ 干扰素对增生性瘢痕有抑制作用 ,可考虑在临床观察试用。 Objective To probe the effect of recombinant human interferon γ(rHuIFN γ)on human hypertrophic scars implanted to nude mice.Methods After hypertrohic scars were implanted to nude mice, rHuIFN γ was administered by intralesional injection for eight times.4 weeks later, the hypertrophic scars were observed macroscopically and histologically; The content of collage and hydroxyproline in hypertrophic scars were measured. Results ①The hypertrophic scars in treatment group became flatter than controlled group; By light microscopy, the collagen fibers became thinner and collagen noddules became unclear or disappeared. By TEM, fibroblasts in hypertrophic scars were suppressed, inactive. ②The content of collagen and hydroxyproline was significantly less in treated group than in controlled group. Conclusion rHuIFN γ is effective in treatment of human hypertrophic scars and can be trial in clinics.
