摘要
目的 通过动物实验 ,对CO2 激光焊接半月板裂伤进行研究。方法 用手术切割方法制成动物膝关节半月板裂伤模型 ,选择一定功率和功率密度的CO2 激光 ,功率为 ( 10 0± 10 )mW ,功率密度为( 60± 10 )W /cm2 焊接裂伤。分期取材 ,肉眼、光镜、电镜下观察裂伤愈合情况。结果 2 4周时 ,实验组半月板裂伤 10 0 %愈合 ,为纤维软骨组织修复。与对照组比较差别有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CO2 激光可焊接膝关节半月板裂伤 ,使之愈合。但激光的种类和物理参数有待进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of welding the tears in menisci of the knee with CO 2 laser through animal experiments. Methods By preparing harmed menisci pattern of animals with operative incisions, the CO 2 laser [power:(100±10)mW, power density; (60±10)W/cm 2] was used to weld the tears of menisci. Taking the menisci for examination and test respectively and then, macroscopical,histological and ultrastructural examinations were done. Results After 24 weeks , healing rate of experimental groups was 100%. Repairing tissues were fibrocartilage. The difference of two groups shows statistical value(P 0.01 ). Conclusions CO 2 laser welding on the tears of the menisci is an effective method to repair harmed menisci, but the types and physical parameters of laser await further study.
