摘要
目的评价心理咨询干预方法对小学生心理健康的影响。方法心理健康测量评价工具,对安宁市某小学二、四年级每个年级各抽取两个班共192名学生进行心理咨询干预,比较干预前后得分情况。结果小学生心理健康综合测量结果提示,在接受干预后半年,性格缺陷、行为障碍有减分(P<0.05),社会适应障碍减分明显(P<0.01),一年后学习障碍、情绪障碍、性格缺陷、社会适应障碍和行为障碍减分明显(P<0.01),一年半后除品德缺陷、不良习惯、特种障碍无减分之外,其他项目均有减分。结论心理咨询干预对提高小学生心理健康有效,在小学生中开展心理健康教育很有必要。
Objective Evaluation method of psychological consultation intervention pupils' psychologi- cal health effects. Methods Mental health measure evaluation tools, AnNingShi to a primary two, four grade each extraction in each grade two classes were 192 students mental counseling intervention, compare the differ- ence between before and after scoring. Results After 18 months comprehensiveintcrvention, the result of the students Mental health scale suggest that, six monthsafterthe intervention the personality defects, andbehavioral disordershavescore decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ), socialadjustment disorder have obviouslyscore decreased ( P 〈 0. 01 ), anda year laterlearning disorders, emotional disorders, personality defects, socialadjustment disorder andbehav- iordisordershave obviouslyscore decreased (P 〈 0. 01 ) , afteryear and a half, outside thethemoral defects, the bad habit and specialobstaclehaven't score decreased, other projectsbothhave score decreased, this proves that the comprehensive psychological intervention is effective. Conclusion The psychological consultation intervention to improve their mental health effective, in carrying out psychological health education in primary school students is necessary.
