应用锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位

Treatment of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation by Using Clavicular Hook Plate

目的：探讨应用国产仿AO锁骨钧钢板对肩锁关节脱位进行切开复位内固定手术的临床治疗效果。方法：自2005年1月～2011年4月应用锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyIII型肩锁关节脱位，术中不修补喙锁韧带。平均年龄35．5岁，随访时间12～24个月。结果：所有患者术后均获得良好复位和固定，术后x线评估复位率迭100％，无再脱位，患者肩关节在术后3周功能恢复良好，优良率达100％。结论：应用国产仿A0锁骨钧钢板治疗TossyIII肩锁关节脱位，操作简单、固定可靠，手术并发症少，疗效满意，是一种值得推广的方法。

Objective： To study the clinical effect after treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with open reduction and internal fixation by domestic clavicular hook plate modelled after AO＇s product.Methods：From January 2005 to April 2011, patients with acromioclavicular dislocation （Tossy III） , mean age 35.5 years old , were treated with clavicular hook plate and were followed up for 12-24 months. The coracoclavicular ligament was not repaired. Results： All the patients got good reduction and fixation after operation, with reduction rate being 100% evaluated by X-ray. No re-dislocation was observed. The function of shoulder joint was restored 3 weeks after operation, with the excellent and good clinical results being 100%.Conclusion： Domestic clavicular hook plate modelled after AO＇ s product should be a best treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation （Tossy III）, because it should be easy to handle, provides stable fixation and fewer complications. It is worthy of popularization.
