摘要
目的：探讨清创术在腹部污染性手术切1：2中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析我院2008年1月-2009年12月开展的所有164例常规处理的腹部污染性手术，并将其列为常规组，其术后切口愈合情况；并与2010年1月～2010年12月开展的所有163例经过清创术处理的腹部污染性手术，并将其列为清创组，其术后切口愈合情况进行对比分析。结果：164例常规组中发生切口愈合不良69例，占42％；163例清创组中发生切口愈合不良13例，占7．9％。结论：清创术在腹部污染性手术切口中的应用，能够明显减少手术切口愈合不良的发生，从而使病人得到快速康复。
Objective： To discuss the application value of debridement in Abdominal polluting Surgical Incision. Methods： Retrospective analysis of 164 cases of abdominal polluting surgery were conventional processed from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2009. Listed as control group . 163 cases of abdominal polluting surgery were treated with debridement from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2009. Listed as test group . The information of wound healing were comparatively analysed. Results： 69 cases were incision healing badly in the control group with 164cases,the incidence was 42%. 13 cases were incision healing badly in the test group with 163cases,the incidence was 7.9%.Conclusions： The debridement used in abdominal polluting surgical incision, could significantly reduce the occurrence of incision poor healing. The patients can get fast recovery.
