摘要
介绍了鲁奇式气化炉锥形封头组件的复杂结构、技术要求以及制造工艺。针对制造过程中出现的主要问题和难点,合理地提出了一套切实可行的制造技术改进方法。
The complex structure and technical requirement and manufacturing process of cone head unit of Lurgi gasifier were introduced, a feasible improvement method on manufacturing technology aimed at a lot of key problem and difficuhy in production was put forward rationally.
