摘要
在生产实践过程中,高压气淬炉一直以来存在着换热效率低下的问题。根据传热学基本原理,异形结构换热管可以提高换热效率。因此,为了进一步提高换热效率,对换热器设计工作包括3个部分:把换热光管改进为鳍片管,折流板由弓形改为螺旋型,并且把钢质换热材料替换为铜质以进一步提高换热效率。实践证明,与传统的换热设备相比,改进后的结构达到了强化传热的效果,有效地提高了换热设备的传热能力。
In the production practice process, there existed a problem of low heat transfer efficiency in high pressure gas quenching furnace. According to the basic principle of heat transfer, the heat transfer ef- ficiency would be improved by the heat exchange tub with especial - shaped structure. So in order to fur- ther improve the heat transfer efficiency, our heat exchanger design includes three parts. The heat ex- change tube was designed into a tube with a group of fins, bow baffle plate was replaced by the spiral ones and copper heat exchange material was instead of steel. It is found that the improved design has strength- ened the heat transfer effect and effectively improved the heat transfer ability of heat - exchange facility.
