摘要
针对温箱控制过程中出现的精度低,稳定性差等问题,设计了一种基于MSP430F149单片机的高精度温箱温度控制系统。系统采用铂电阻温度传感器及12位A/D转换器实现了温箱温度精确测量,并利用低功耗MSP430F149单片机及加热和降温系统实现了对温箱温度的精确控制。通过不同温度下测量实验,表明温箱温度控制系统性能稳定可靠。从而在-50~150℃温度范围内,温箱控制精度可以达到±0.5℃。
In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and poor stability in the control process of temperature box, a MSP430F149 based system for controlling the temperature of temperature box is designed. The platinum resistance temperature sensor and 12 A/D converter are used to achieve the accurate measurement of the temperature of the incubator. Moreover, by using low-power consumptiOn MSP430F149 and heating and cooling system, the precise control of the temperature is realized. The results with different temperature measurement experiments show that the temperature control system is of stable and reliable performance. In the range of -- 50- 150℃, the temperature control precision of the incubator can reach ± 0.5 ℃.
