摘要
在文献调查基础上,结合查新工作实际,提出影响查新员隐性知识转移效果的因素主要有5个一级因素和15个二级因素。采用专家调查法和G1法开展研究,获得了各影响因素的权重,一级因素中最重要的两个是知识源、知识受体;二级因素中排名前五的依次为查新员的隐性知识转移意愿、隐性知识表达能力、隐性知识吸收意愿、隐性知识吸收能力、知识源的威信。最后介绍了江南大学查新站的一些经验。
On the basis of investigating some research papers, considering the actual situation of ScStech Novelty Retrieval work, this paper summarized the effect factors which might affect tacit knowledge transferring. Then using the GI method de- termined the weight of each factor. Based on the above work, we found that the most important factors were two of the first level factors and five of the second level factors. In addition, the article also introduced some relevant experience of novelty retrieval station of Jiangnan University.
