大鼠脑梗死早期星形细胞胶质化及其与神经营养因子的关系

Relationship between reactive astrogliosis and its autocrine neurotrophic factor in the early stage of cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨星形胶质细胞 (AS)在脑梗死早期的变化及与神经营养因子的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学技术检测Midkine(MK)、星形胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)的动态变化。结果梗死后1天 ,梗死边缘开始表达GFAF。梗死后 2天 ,GFAP表达达高峰。MK于梗死后 1天表达 ,随后其阳性梗死后 2~ 4天表达逐步增强。结论脑梗死早期星形胶质细胞增生可能与分泌神经营养因子及损伤后的修复有关。 Objective To study the relationship between reactive astrogliosis and its autocrine MK in the early stage of cerebral infarction. Methods The dynamic chang of Mk,GFAP were determined by immunochemistry. Results In the surrounding edematic region began to express GFAP on first days and reached its peak on the 2nd day. MK was expressed on day 1 and most strong on day 2 and 4. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Proliferating astrocytes in the early stage of cerebral infarction may be related with autocrine neurotrophic factor and participate in the repairing process.
