肺心病患者血浆内皮素1和降钙素基因相关肽的含量分析

Content analysis of plasma endothelin-1 and calcitonin gene-related peptide in patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)在肺心病发病中的作用。方法选择肺心病急性发作期患者 32例 ,正常对照组 30例。用放射免疫方法测定血浆ET 1和CGRP含量改变。结果肺心病急性发作期患者血浆ET 1含量为 ( 78 32± 2 7 34)ng L ,与正常对照组 ( 2 6 43± 11 49)ng L比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。血浆CGRP含量为 ( 86 91± 46 6 9)ng L ,与正常对照组 ( 30 77± 12 34)ng L比较 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论血浆ET 1和CGRP含量改变在肺心病的发生、发展中起着重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of endothilin 1(ET 1) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)during the occurrence of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 32 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease of acute occurrence and 30 normal persons as control group were chosen. The levels of ET 1 and CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The level of ET 1 and CGRP were significantly higher in the group of patients than that in the control group (78 32±27 34ng/L vs 26 34±11 49ng/L and 86 91±46 69ng/L vs 30 77±12 34ng/L, P <0.05) respectively. Conclusion The level of plasma ET 1 and CGRP play an important role in the occurrence and development of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
