摘要 目的探讨动静脉血气分析在CPR期间的临床意义。方法测定 10例CPR期间患者动静脉血气分析。结果CPR期间动静脉血pH7 16 ,PaCO2 4 0 1kPa ,静脉血pH7 42 ,PvCO2 8.5 4kPa ,动静脉血之间存在显著差异 (P <0 0 1) ,动脉血呈呼碱趋势 ,静脉血呈高碳酸血症和严重的低氧血症(PvO2 3 .6 7kPa) ,动静脉血HCO-3 均下降 ,不存在差异性。结论CPR期间动静脉血的pH、PCO2 存在显著差异 ,这种差异可能与心肺复苏相关。 Objective To study the clinical significance of arterio venous blood gases analysis during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Methods 10 patients during CPR arteio venous blood gases were determined. Results Arterio venous blood indicates pH 7.16,PaCO 2 4.01kPa, and venous blood pH 7.42, PvCO 2 8.54kPa;Striking difference between anterio blood and venous bloood ( P <0 01). The arterio blood has the tendency of respiratory alkalosis; but venous blood takes on hyper carbonemia and serious hypo oxyenism(PvO 2 3.67kPa). Conclusion During CPR, there are striking difference between arterio venous blood in pH and PCO 2, and these differences may be related to cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It's suggested small doses of NaHCO 3 should be used during CPR.
